Our Buying Process
City Life will make your home buying process as easy as 1-2-3. We will walk you through each step to insure the buying process is as smooth as possible.
1.) Pick Your Location
You will receive a list with a map of all available homes. You can select a home on a street or in a community that you prefer! Do you want to be near the new Henderson-Hopkins School (K-8) or would you prefer to be 'Around Eager Park' or on a quiet tree-lined street?
2.) Qualify for Incentives
City Life will help you take advantage of all the money available to use toward your closing costs. Some buyers have received over $50,000 in funds and were able to cover all their closing costs(except for $1000) and even applied money to pay down their principle -City Life will provide you with names of mortgage lenders to help you obtain your mortgage. These lenders will be your advocates to help you collect the money you are qualified to receive.
3.) Design Your House Package
After you are qualified by your lender, City Life will help you select your new home and home options. What you can afford will be determined by your pre-approved loan amount and the financial incentives that you are eligible to receive. Your home will be built and you should be ready to receive your keys in about 6-9 months.

Innovative Design…to give you the highest level of individualization possible. You will have the opportunity to meet with City Life designers who will provide expert personalized service to accommodate your lifestyle, taste and wishes. You can discuss with our expert designers the design features that are important to you. At that meeting you will be invited to view all the design items in our model and have the opportunity to select the finishing touches for your new home. We want your home to meet your sense of style!
If for any reason you need to clear up some past credit issues, we will direct you to credit counseling and credit repair services. We have a team of qualified professional that can assist you with repairing your credit.
